Insurance Reimbursement Information: 

• All clients pay for “Out-of-Network” treatment directly after each session via an invoice that will be sent to you via Square.
• Out-of-Network benefits are accepted by major insurance companies so please submit your receipt to them for your direct reimbursement.

• Diagnostic codes are established during treatment and therefore cannot be provided herein.
